Our services include diagnostics, repair, maintenance, and related consultation.
When you schedule an appointment, you are requesting our professional diagnostic and repair services. A binding service agreement is formed when we confirm your appointment and our technician arrives at your location.
Service Appointments
- Service appointments require a responsible adult (18 years or older) to be present at the service location for the duration of the visit
- Please provide accurate and complete information about the appliance issue when scheduling, including brand, model, and symptoms observed
- Ensure the appliance is accessible for inspection and repair, with adequate clearance for our technician to work safely
- Cancellations must be made at least 24 hours in advance of the scheduled appointment time
- If our technician arrives and is unable to access the premises or the appliance, a return visit may be necessary
Service Estimates
- A diagnostic assessment is conducted on every service visit to accurately identify the root cause of the issue
- After diagnosis, a written estimate is provided before any repair work begins
- You are under no obligation to proceed with the repair after receiving the estimate
- Estimates are valid for 30 days from the date of diagnosis
- If additional issues are discovered during the repair process, you will be informed and asked to approve any additional work before it is performed
Payment
- Payment is due upon completion of the service appointment
- We accept major credit cards (Visa, MasterCard, American Express, Discover), personal checks, and cash
- For repairs requiring special-order parts, a deposit may be required at the time the parts are ordered
